Is there a way to show/view the time I spent In-Game?

Hi!

Is there any way to show/view how many hours and minutes I spent playing a game?
In some games like Resident Evil, Silent Hill, and most RPGs, the time is registered and displayed - either in the Menu/Settings or at the End-Screen.
But what about those who don't?

Maybe there is some Option in ePSXe I haven't found yet, or some sort of Plugin, or even a MemCard/SaveState Tool that can view this Data?
