EPSXe with Shield TV

Can't get vibration on the Shield TV, despite vibration being enabled on both the main menu (and the game itself). This lack of vibration occurs with a wired 360 controller and the official Shield controller.

A few other misc questions:

-Anyone ever overclock beyond x1? If so what games and what are the advantages.

-How do I erase control schemes for particular controllers?
